For those of you wondering what happened to all Don's galleries; I had PBASE create me my very own gallery and they moved all eight of my main galleries (with sub-galleries) to my new website "missed_opportunities". I'm still a member of the viewfinders photo club and will be uploading some of my favorite photos to this site, but the majority of my photos will be at http://www.pbase.com/missed_opportunities

Hey Don: Thank you SO much for sharing your website. I'm in aw! I'll be sharing it w/Mary Beth, next-door, as she also loves shooting pics of our Elk River wildlife; and Eileen - who is our local artist down the street, as she'll appreciate your work and is always looking for the perfect subject matter for her paintings.

They're just beautiful.

Nice meeting you this evening while we were out exercising. Between my Michigan friend and I we remembered the website, and I'm glad we did. Your pictures are beautiful!! I'll be keeping a quiet eye on the orioles. :)

Hey Don,
Nice photos. I love the close ups. Tried doing some macro work with Angela's Olympus and it didn't work very well. This is our third and last Olympus. My Nikon F is still collecting dust - maybe I'll dust it off and try using it again. Keep up the good work.
