This a collection of photographs of my first VW, a '69 1200 which I owned from 1989 until it was scrapped in 2004. Looking at these pictures now, I almost forget the breakdowns, the oil leaks and freezing almost to death in winter. I raced the car in the VWDRC Street Class between 1990-95. Through this car and the local VW scene, I met Claire, who intruduced me to Linda.
