We arrived at Cornwall at dusk. Which sounds great but we'd packed no tripod and no lighting gear. A quick scout around in the last of the daylight revealed 2 possibilities. A view across to St.Cleer, or this shot of our next door neighbour Erica's porch window. Moments later she appeared with tales of last weekends carnival. It seems most our neighbours dressed up as characters from Robin Hood. Erica was Maid Marion, Pete Will Scarlet, Martin Robin Hood and Colin made a great Friar Tuck. Their picture made the Cornish Times. Pete in red tights. That would have made a great PotD!
