We’d just hurried back from Retiro Park - the sky was darkening and more rain looked on it’s way. Just as well. This is the view west along Calle de Goya from our hotel room and it isn’t some photoshop effect here, this is real. And then boy did it rain! BTW, the church you can see is Iglesia de la Purisisma Concepcion. It looked to me like the VM is playing golf up there on top of the spire, but in fact her ‘golf club’ is a halo...
