Jun 6: Number 524

When you've committed to take a photo a day, sometimes it's hard to find something to be your subject. After 523 days of this, I know that sometimes a photograph jumps out at you, other times you have to go looking. Helping to dig a pond this afternoon provided little photographic inspiration (although I'm sure the finished pond will!) And so it was that at 7:30 this evening, I was wandering around looking for a subject. So here's PotD #524. I found it under an old garden bench.

Canon EOS 300D Digital Rebel

Our firm (www.vanin.be)that makes schoolbooks would like to use this picture. We have only educational purposes, no educational. Is it possible to send us the picture in high res? Your name will be mentioned on the credits page. Thank you!

are you showing me the bench leg ironwork or the weeds & grasses? My guess the ironwork, but I keep jumping back to the green stuff =)

I really like this, David. An unusual but beautiful glimpse of a bench (which I LOVE). Beautiful light.

Agreed - it is? I know how it goes some days David but yet if someone was to look over my shoulder they'd have no difficulty seeing a shot! The one thing I like about this project is that it makes you look closer at things you would maybe walk by? Good luck with this weeks shots!
