I've been scanning *bay for some weeks trying to find a smart dress watch for small money. It had to:

i. be a mechanical automatic,
ii have baton hour markers,
iii and luminous dauphine hands.

This 21 jewel Citizen '7' had all that and was a more of a bargain than I'd like to say.
