I believe that this is my Grandad's vice. I was given a load of his old tools years ago after he died. He screwed it to an old block of wood and is the most useful thing to have around. I can clamp it to a table, or a chair, or it can just sit as is for smaller jobs. Today it helped me cut a length of chain for a new porch light installation.
