Jan 18: Pinhole Still

Pinhole still life, made with a camera made from a dog food can. The pinhole aperture is approximately 0.75mm giving an f stop of around f:126. The 5"x4" film placed inside, follows the curve of the can, opposite the pinhole.

I should have put the metronome on the other side of the picture but with no viewfinder and a curved image plane, composition is guesswork.

I think the intended composition was just fine here, the metronome is in the right place. I think the can just needed to be moved to the left a little, that's all. The metronome would get lost in the black of the background on the other side.

maybe you should tout this image to "Recycling Weekly".
or at least your local council.
