We walked home across the moor again tonight. We have a new route that's easier, although there's no clear path, just open moorland. When we've walked it before, there's been no moon, it's been pitch black and we'd have to take compass bearing at the end of the track, then walk until we met the road. Tonight there's a near full moon and we could see every step of the way. Bright enough to take photographs!
