George didn't like posing for pictures ( though he graciously did on one later occasion which will show up on these pages sometime in the future) and he didn't seem all that pleased at the time by this one, which was taken up in Oxnard across a skatebowl or two. To be truthful, I don't know that it really looks like him, though I'm pretty sure it is. Everybody has the right to at least one drop-dead picture in our lifetime and maybe this is his. In any case I'm hoping that after all these years he won't mind me posting it here...
