JH was spending a lot of time with Kathy who lived across the street from me so I sort of knew him a bit. It took me a while, but I finally worked up the courage to write him a letter when he was 'called out of town' and this was his response. I don't have a copy of my letter, but I think I told him that I was worried that his response might have been to tell me to go fuck myself, so this actual response was much appreciated by me.
So it's been 30 years!
