The Haliburton Forest Wolf Centre - Cont'd

To see this much activity in one visit, or day, is very uncommon. The wolves are in a 15 acre boreal forest compound and are free to roam about. We humans are restricted to a 150 foot viewing area. Feedings are unscheduled and range between 7 and 10 days; depending on availability from local sources. (Note: All food is ‘dead’ already. These wolves do not track and kill living prey.)
