Dawson Creek, known as a gateway to the north for various reasons throughout its history. During the Second World War it was the starting point to the Alaska Highway - to provide a land route to Alaska for the shoring up of North America's defence.

Nice shot Glenn; the dark look works well here. You add to my confusion daily though; assuming that you are not off to hang around with Vampires, or about to become the recruiting officer in Prince Rupert, I am intrigued.
