Wonderful pictures. I knew Indian Pond well, as in the mid-to late 1950s I went to Camp Kaiora, located on the lake. There was a big lodge there, with cabins going back into the woods. When we'd climb Mt. Cube, from the top we'd flash a mirror back to the lodge, which was easily seen from the lodge wrap around balcony. I last visited there in 1973, at which time the camp facilities were owned and operated by the Boy Scouts of America. When you were there taking your pictures, which are so evocative for me, were any of the structures left? And, as I'd like to take my daughters there this summer, how do I get to the lake from Orford? Thanks so much, and the pictures are truly timeless.
