Virginia Midland Railroad

A fictional short line that has it's base of operations in the Fredericksburg, VA area. The line runs from Fredericksburg west to Orange, VA. It works several industries and mainly ships chemicals, food products, corn syrup, aggregate, beverages and feeds. It interchanges with the RF&P in Fredericksburg, Norfolk Southern in Orange and with a small short line, the Virginia Central, which also serves a sand facility in Fredericksburg.
