It's the double-crested cormorant, Lisa. I note here that you probably used flash
for the shot which resulted in the 1/60 exposure time. That caused a little bit of blur
in the shot which you can correct in the future by shooting at a faster speed.
Experiment with different settings to see what works well for you. Make sure you
visit your local parks as often as you can. You should have a unique experience each time.
