A most beautiful aircraft, I hope you are supporting the efforts of
to restore a single Concorde to flight, this would be for heritage use only.....hope you can find time to drop in and say hello to the team....regards, Steve

Up and away.!..What a sad sight to say farewell to this beauty of the skies. Unfortunately I missed it at Cardiff Airport....it had come and gone before I finished work ..so I am delighted to see these pictures. Best Wishes.Rob
Hi, my compliments for your nice photos!
Please come see my photos sometime?
Best regards from Tom.
good point! :>)
Did you mean farewell?
That was an unfortunate accident, debris on the runway. But while it was out of service, people got used to flying on normal planes. Also, it was such a high profile plane, every incident was highly newsworthy. Finally, a very large number of frequent fliers were killed at the World Trade Centre and of course there was a big down turn in general aviation afterwards. It's the end of an era, like the end of the great ocean liners.
I remember, as a school kid in the UK, watching them test Concorde in our area, occassional giving us a sonic boom. We were all very excited to watch it fly over, all the small kids would wave. Unfortunately, I never got to (or will now ever) fly on the Concorde. If the French hadn't of crashed there's it may still have remained in service. Thanks for the shots.
bye, bye, Concorde...
