There are sometimes photos where the balance between the lighter parts and the darker ones is so perfect that by itself such brief moment of photographic bliss is enough to arouse deep emotions, this is why I firmly believe that even without the lyrics this image would stand up by itself so perfectly that maybe the urge to write a song for it, will suddely be born on the most unaware of viewers... And this is no small thing. It seems that here we've stumbled upon you, as you endured the long dark winter of the soul, where not even the warmest of clothes can provide the warmth you seek. It's almost like you've shyly showing yourself to the light, not really sure if it will be enough to break this ghastly spell.. we feel that tension and it seems like a photo was done on that brifest of moments when one isn't really sure if one should step back into the darkness, because though cold, its so familiar or if instead one should just plunge into the light, though promissing it can be frighting to not really know what it will be.... Yes! I think those lyrics fit to your photo perfectly. Great one Niall. Congrats.
