oooo nice, love the dark and grungy steps leading up to the light. It's like the figure is there to welcome you.. (Peter at the pearly gates perhaps?)

Excellent photography weather. Really a great shot with perfect exposure in a potentially tricky situation (light and dark). What really elevates this shot is the lone person at the top of the stairs - really adds an element of interest. Vote.

There is a ver uncanny, religious imagery in this very contemporary picture.

Wonderful exposure.

Awesome. Love the lighting / exposure on this also. Such a dark depressing foreground but so brightly lit at the rear. Really reminds me of this kind of scene actually where trapped in these buildings and estates, I imagine it must sometimes feel as if the sun is always shining elsewhere. Great inclusion of someone walking across too. Voted

I love everything in this image. (bowing bowing) V

Mighty mighty POV. Urban dirt and beautiful light. Great 'Day After Tomorrow' clouds, too. The human element is the real kicker for me, though. GMV Jedi Master. The force is strong with you.

Ohhh, Exposure.. thy master is Niall...
Wonderful sky behind the monolithic buildings.. as if they are "allowing" you a peek at nature.
I can see you waiting for that moment.. knowing someone would walk across at the top. I've seen you do it.. ;)
