THE MOCKINGBIRD FLEW ABOVE THE HAWK..

INCREDIBLY THE MOCKINGBIRD DOVE DIRECTLY INTO THE FACE OF THE HAWK

THEN FLEW OFF TO LAND A SHORT DISTANCE AWAY... THE HAWK HAD ENOUGH

THE HAWK LEFT HIS PERCH FOR MORE PEACEFUL HUNTING ELSEWHERE

What a really great series!!! I've often watched this kind of action between a mockingbird & hawk, but I have never been able to photograph it like you have here. Two thumbs up!!!

Always nice to see a series where the least strong wins! The bottom one of the hawk flying off is great too. Well done. Voted.

Terrific series Tom. Great images and well told actions. These smaller birds are amazing in what they will do to defend their families.

Good series! The second capture looked like the end of the road for the mockingbird until I saw the next shot.

Fantastic series Tom. Perfect timing on those attack shots! I am always amazed at these
smaller birds having the nerve to attached the large Hawks! ~
