Gathering of the Double Crested Cormorants

I WAS DRIVING PAST A SMALL LAKE IN KC AND NOTICED THAT
THE LAKE WAS FILLED WITH DOUBLE CRESTED CORMORANTS. THEY
ARE NOT NORMAL RESIDENTS, SO I HAVE TO ASSUME THEY WERE
MIGRATING NORTH..

I THINK I LIKE THIS IMAGE MORE FOR THE TREE THAN THE BIRDS..

Great shot, Tom. But the tree wouldn't be as striking w/o the birds...and vice versa.
