- 5th May 2005 - Revision.......

OK it's a bit like raiding the kids' piggy bank, but it's been a
zero day for PaDs! Helen's got GCSE exams looming and her room
and parts of the house are covered with revision notes...

Some interesting definitions here.... :)

Learned last week that my landlady in Scotland, Jean, had passed away.
She was a really nice lady who loved her family and her independence.
This shot of Limekilns, taken from outside her house is for Jean...

Its the definition of faithfulness that amuses me the most - nothing but sex eh!

A sign of the times. 50 years ago some of these definitions wouldn't exist. Good way to study.

To follow up with Jeremy's observation, just how many people in this marriage to constitute 'them' :)

I used to study like that!

Like her idea on the notes!

Great shot. I could think of one or two others to add to that but hey,,, PBase is a family community so I won't!

I thought a nuclear family involved a power station and a hump backed boss! ;-)
good idea indeed though :-)

Good idea putting notes up like this. Hope she does well, I'm sure she will.

I can remember doing this for my exams - though not that particular subject 8-)
Ian Clowes05-May-2005 21:22
Yes I liked that one too!

and not to be picky about the grammar, but just because it's humorous: I like the quote "staying with your marriage partner and only having sex with them" ... as opposed to "having sex only with them".

Thanks for the definitions, cleared a few things up for me. Of course, Bill Clinton has some other ideas ...

Well, that could serve as a reminder for us all ;) Wish her luck for her GCSE.
