Making Maple Syrup at Kensington Park



Harry, Kristie and I went to the Farm Centre at Kensington Park to watch a demonstration of maple tree tapping and syrup making. None of us had ever seen the process, Harry LOVES maple syrup so I knew he would find it interesting.

This one made me laugh when I saw the little piglets getting lunch and I thought... hmmmm... is that where maple syrup comes from? We had friends from England visit with us when we lived in the northeast, they fell in love with maple syrup and we sent some home with them.
