I went to a spaghetti fundraiser today for Rick, a friend who had an accident
last year, resulting in damage to his hip which necessitated a replacement.
Unfortunately Rick has no medial insurance and so far the bills amount to
approximately $60,000 - poor Diane and Rick will probably be paying for this
the rest of their lives.....

As well as the delicious spaghetti, there were these chocolate Thank Yous which
somebody had made, a very nice idea I thought.
