You attempt to build a relationship here between the woman in the chair and the subject of the TV program.
The TV set is cropped to that the screen is fragmented, losing some of its impact and perhaps meaning as well. As I read the remaining fragment of the TV screen, I see a human figure with a big red "no" symbol superimposed on it. The figure on the screen seems to be an abstracted woman, and seems to be much younger than the lady in the chair - so I am guessing that the message the screen is sending is warning younger views about something. This woman is at the other extreme of life. She is past the point of worrying about herself or her future. She spends her time looking at the screen in the twilight of her days.
