Intelligence

Eat or be eaten.

As I watched this fox dash past the back door I thought it was chasing a critter off to the right of the house.
Unfortunately for this squirrel, the fox tricked it and made a 180* turn, came back and grabbed it.
Foxes are very intelligent creatures!

Very nice. I like the GIF too. We've had a fox here for several months, but I haven't seen her the last few days and I'm hoping she's OK!

Splendid capture.
Raymond15-Apr-2010 15:06
A superb shot ... and now the fox will bring the squirrel to its den, feed 3 or 4 little babies and the female there ... and the wheel of nature keeps on turning. Contrary to so many humans, the foxes ALWAYS eat what they kill.
Bravo on a well taken image Stéphanie
