Once tortoise/PC assembly is glued down (using Liquid Nails for Projects), position roadbed on top
voila.. (well, for the test-fit anyways!)

mounting screws are still accessible from underneath.

Only question I have is if you fry the Tortoise, how do you replace it? It looks from the photos that the mounting screws are covered in the foam. John
