I just want to say that the pictures of the mural are eye catching and from what I can see on the website are very colorful and beautiful. I can hardly wait to take a drive to San Fernando and see the mural in person. It is wonderful that a person such as Cesar Chavez who dedicated his life to farmworkers is honored in such a way so people from everywhere can see such beautiful work. I am also proud that my brother Steve Santillan had a part as one of the artist, as he also is very proud to be a part of it.

I must say, you have managed to capture on film some outstanding photographs. It is amazing how a brush and paint can portray to us on a different level a piece of history. To read it in books is one thing - but to see various scenes of the life and accomplishments of a human being by carefully depicted art is just amazing to the eye!

I am happy to say that you captured the moment. I attended this memorial - as did my family. In fact, my brother was one of the participating artists!
