| Pakistan is home to five peaks above 8,000m and 108 peaks above 7,000m!!! Most of the high peaks of Pakistan are in the Northern Areas administrative region. Some of the largest glaciers outside the polar region are also in Paistan, some are longer than 50km and ther are virtually countless glaciers that are 10's of km's long.
