I have a special desire to get good images of birds in flight. This skill is a "work in progress", as you will see from these various shots. You need a fast shutter speed to be sure, which isn't so easy on a dimly-lit day and using long telephoto lenses. Also, with the longer lens, it can be really hard finding, focusing, and tracking fast moving critters! Usually they are gone by the time I point the camera in the right direction!
