Today I spotted this man in the Art Centre, sitting all by himself and enjoying his smoke.
I hesitantly asked if I could take a photo of him, and, before I knew it, we were best buddies.
The result was a profound conversation with a stranger that lasted for a good half-hour.

His name is Peter, and he's a painter.
He doesn't like to talk to human beings much, so that made me feel extra special.
