Anna Maria and I met Wayne & Karla, a couple of our longest and very best friends living in St. Louis, in New Orleans for an extended weekend in August, 2004. We took a swamp tour, walked the graveyards (my camera went dead, no photos), ate at Emeril's NOLA as well as Redfish Cafe, walked the historic district, and overall just had one of the best weekends of our lives. These photos only partially show how much fun this weekend was. Preservation Hall was by far the favorite visit of the tour, but as I noted earlier my camera battery charger died, so I was unable to take any Preservation Hall or cemetary photos.
