I only recently learned about this doll (thanks to Kevin Yee and his "Hidden History at the Magic Kingdom" tour during MouseFest), dangling from under the Eiffel Tower in WDW's It's A Small World attraction. This doll represents artist Joyce Carlson, an Imagineer and Disney Legend who, among other things, worked on every single version of the Small World attraction around the world. Sadly, Ms. Carlson passed away on January 2, 2008.
