LOL! Those are telephone pole glass insulators... they don't use them anymore, they're antique now. In the old days, power and phone lines would drape from pole to pole and wrap or tie down to the insulator on the pole... I don't know why we have them, Cathi collected them at some point, no doubt, and they just sit on the potting bench...
