My ebay Polaroid arrived today.
I decided to try a test shot when I got home.
I stopped on my way to look for a battery but couldn't find the 532 I needed.
Instead, I bought a 3volt I might be able to rig.
When I got home I started to replace the old battery.
I opened up the camera and the battery looked new.
Hmm... I thought, what the heck, let's try a test shot anyways.
I called Cathi over after loading the film, attached my Alien Bees flash to the camera and...
Snap!
Everything worked. I pulled the tab, timed the developement and peeled the paper back.
It was gorgeous! Nice rich blacks, a beautiful print.

Note:
I no longer have a scanner at home (rectified today by way of Amazon) and I had to resort to the scanner at work.
That scan was horrendous so I opted for a shot of the print with my DSLR until the scanner I ordered arrives.
I'll replace this image with a proper scan at that time...
