I took a drive up the Kern River Canyon for some photos today.
It was a pleasant drive, the air was cool and there was a breeze coming down the canyon.
I stopped a couple places for shots of the river and the canyon.
On my way back, I saw this and before I knew it I'd passed the spot.
I turned around and went back for this shot.
