When I was a child, 6 or 7 years old, I asked my grandmother, "What's 'ped-ex-ing' mean?"
It was at all the crosswalks then.
She didn't have a clue.
I saw this today in front of the Bakersfield Art Association Center and thought of her.
That makes this today's PAD.
