I just found one of these gorgeous species of spiders outside my door, walking across the balcony ledge, they like vertical spaces I read. I am fasinated after magnifying the photograph that he allowed me to take. I thougt that he was going to jump on me and after identifying him, I see that he is "The Jumping Spider". I live in this apartment in West Los Angeles for 20 years and have never seen a spider like this! I've even seen raccoon and possum outside my door. A little scared now to know that they are poisionous.
