I'm always coming across these little creatures in ma house. And they're smart little buggers, if they notice that they have been noticed they tend to drop and run off. Any ideas how to get rid? And are they harmful in any way?

Any advice would be appreciated.

hi i found a woodlice i think it was the same as the one in the pic called Woodlice - Philoscia muscorum apart from it was white and black with a little bit red.. i found it in ma bathroom and in ma bedroom are they dangerus.. do u know a way to get rid of them and stop them coming back ??? email me on little_lorraine@hotmail.co.uk thanks lorraine
