What is the difference between the red phase and the grey looking screech owl? We have one of each in our back yard. The red phase has little ones in a box on the tree. I have a picture of a bird that has a blue breast and brown wings with a yellow beak and green legs. What is it? It's head is blue with a black ring between head and beak. Too bad it is dead.
