Texas Honor Ride - Nov-2007

Texas Honor Ride grand total for 2007 - $118,000
in cash and material donations
for the Soldier Family Assistance Center

Volunteers, riders, private and corporate donors, riding clubs, churches, police organizations and many private individuals all across Texas and many other states have all joined forces to help the Texas Honor Ride achieve this amazing 2007 grand total.

The Nov 10th, Veteran’s Day weekend presentation ride to Brooke Army Medical Center (BAMC) at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio had 693 bikes (including the escorts). When the riders arrived at BAMC, they joined the wounded warriors and their families, team members of the Soldier Family Assistance Center (SFAC), and military personal and THR team members already on-base to create a total of over 1050 folks in attendance for the 2007 Texas Honor Ride Presentation Ceremonies!

We thank all of you for your generous support this year and we especially thank the wounded warriors and their families for their sacrifices.
