Many months have passed since BiBi gave his last lecture on
carrot appreciation. Professor BiBi decided this evening
to provide another handy tip.
" Folks, with organic Dutch carrots, chew it in half instead
of eating from top to bottom. That way you bring out the
fresh juicy flavour.
Hmmm... I recommend a nice Sauvignon blanc from our
own Adelaide Hills in South Australia to go with it.
If you are from Europe, it may be easier to pick up
a bottle from a winery in the Entre-Deux-Mers region. "
