On the third day, it was safe enough to go to Kauswagan and all the way to Kolambugan. On our return, we had lunch at Barrio Canton in Samburon. Then a commotion outside as we saw more evacuees heading towards Iligan. So we decided to go back to Kauswagan, but were stopped by soldiers at Napo bridge. We were told the rebels were in the nearby hills, and that there could be snipers. Soldiers were in battle position. We took our pictures, then left.
