The New York State Central Region Quarterfinal in High School Football - Class A

This NYSPHSAA playoff game occurred on November 9th, 2007 at Binghamton's Alumni Stadium. The matchup was section 3's Carthage High School vs section 4's Corning East High School. Carthage came into the game with a perfect 10-0 record while Corning East was at 7-3. Final Score: Carthage 19, Corning East 7. Carthage's next opponent will be section 5's unbeaten Thomas Aquinas on November 16th at Rochester's PAETEC Park. Aquinas is ranked number 1 in New York by the NYSSWA.
