Eagle Chatter

In May I moved to the house we bought in La Conner, Washington that overlooks Skagit Bay. I LOVE living here where the wildlife is abundant all around, all the time. I photographed this pair of bald eagles from my front porch!

These two and another mating pair hang around our neighborhood everyday and frequent the top of this tree across the street from our house. On this particular morning, the light was hitting them nicely and they were chatting up a storm with the other pair further to the east. They did this long enough for me to go back in the house, get all the gear out, set it up, and begin shooting. LOVE IT!
