Had a lovely walk in this quiet valley, enjoying the spring sunshine! Sorry for not posting much over the winter, I was laid low with a foot problem which landed me on crutches and made mobility very difficult. Happily I am well on the mend now and looking forward to trying to get myself back to a reasonable degree of fitness.
