Thank you very much Terry and Hal. Yes, certainly was from a tripod, and yes, Terry this is an HDR shot. It was the only way I could get the colors to keep from washing out yet have enough light to see more than just a silhouette of the oil tanker in the bay.

A magnificent image Jim. From the specs (no shutter speed), l'm guessing that this was taken from a tripod. Very very beautifully done.
