Tonight I used a new monitor calibration tool so I need to know if this image looks better/worse/about the same as what I usually post, in terms of color and overall brightness.

Skeptical look on this guy's face. Love this!

Nice one, I'm looking via my work 15" laptop which is not a great yardstick!
So it looks fine to me.

Jim a beautiful shot of this penguin.
But the whites on his neck on the right appear slightly blown,
as do the whites above his beak/bill.
But then again it might be that they were in bright sun light.

The whites appear to be a bit overcooked to me, but that could
be my monitor. What is calibration? :-)

So, Jim, with fresh eyes, I think the image looks just fine -
right in line with your previous posts.

Another great animal portrait!

It took me a while to figure out this must be a penguin.
The sharpness and background colors are very good.
The whites/highlights in the image look a bit bright
and/or blown on my monitor. It looks like the lighting
was quite difficult.

The image is wonderfully sharp, Jim.
As l'm using a laptop and the brighness changes with the angle of the screen,
l cannot answer your query accurately. But this sure is a marvelous image against
that lovely background.
