It's pretty unusual to see one of these guys in the park during the daytime. He saw me about the same time I saw him. We were equally curious about each other, and he stared at me a good deal...

Hehe....looks like he's giving you the evil eye. Great processing!

A great shot, but he does look to be a bit unwell to me.
Not that I have ever seen one or anything.LOL.

Love the light on the fur and his/her mean looking eyes!

A good shot, the fur shows up so well on the back

Not a friendly looking beast at all.

I don't think he/she looks too friendly and he/she is very thin. I'd stay out of its way. Your photo does a fine job of capturing him/her down to the spot on the nose. You sure are working that lens.

A remarkably fine animal study Michael.
Certainly not a friendly expression on this guy's face.

What a cute shot and nice detail, dof and lighting...

They are such appealing animals, but a real problem here - unfortunately some
people feed them - a BIG mistake.
Glad you had your 300+ on!

He did seem OK, though; he was wating at the point of opening of a hole in the ground, trying to grab something out of it.

Yeah, the thought occurred to me, Stoge. Didn't get out of the ar to get a close-up...

Great capture Michael! Wonder if he's rabid. They get all
goofy when they're like that.
