Blaise Hamlet

This small hamlet is right in the city of Bristol. It was designed in 1809 by John Nash to house the Blaise estate pensioners. It is now managed by the National Trust. It is best viewed in original.

Love the panorama. What a great place. Looks so quiet and welcoming.

The beauty of the points managed by your National Trust is always an amazement to me Tony.
This one is a place of which dreams are made...
Being a "shadows" guy, I like the way you used yours.
Clouds must have been really moving: ordinarily 1/15 second is not sufficient to give evidence of motion.
Beautiful..

Wow, Tony the colors here are so striking. I love seeing this in the original version as you suggested. I like everything about this image!

Looks too perfect to be real! We are indeed lucky that The National Trust takes on such projects.

This is such a charming scene, Tony. I like the pano style format that you used to portray the Hamlet. It really works. Your colors are great.

Except for the telltale bare trees, l thought at first that
this was a summer scene. Lovely greens and blue sky,
and a most pleasing view.

Picture postcard, this is a beautiful little spot Tony.
You captured the area perfectly, your colours are so punchy.
